Laurel started her career as an executive assistant in the movie business. She has been a stay at home mom and community volunteer, serving as Parent Faculty Club President or Vice President at all of her children’s schools for twenty-two years now. Additionally, she has been her daughter's Girl Scout Troop leader for eleven years. She met Nicola seven years ago when their daughters became best friends and Nicola joined her on the Executive Board at their Middle School. Laurel is currently enjoying her last year as Parent Faculty Club Vice President and Girl Scout Troop Leader. She resides in Oak Park, California with her husband, and three children.
